It is categorised as part of the Certificate Course – “Introduction to Teaching in Higher Education”. It is offered to all new full-time academic/teaching staff and Research Postgraduate (RPg) students of EdUHK. The Induction aims to provide essential learning, teaching, and assessment information at EdUHK, for which two 3-hour sessions will be arranged. The Induction is delivered by LTTC staff and academic staff from different departments and other academic support units of the University.

Using Quiz for Assessment in Moodle LMS

Moodle quiz accommodates many question types, including multiple choices, true-false, matching and essay. Questions are saved in the question bank and can be re-used in other Moodle courses. In this workshop, you can have an introduction to using Quizzes to conduct assessments, demonstrate grading, give written comments and release the grade in the gradebook. With hands-on practice, you can learn how to create questions and quiz papers, manage the results and re-use the questions.
