The Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology (LTTC) offers the following workshop on Building Your Intelligent Vehicle with Automatic Control System Programming. This workshop is ideal for all students, researchers, and professionals interested in robotics and automation.

An intelligent vehicle is an advanced robotics sensing technology capable of performing tasks such as sensing objects, following lines, and avoiding obstacles. In this workshop, you can have an introduction to the fundamentals of robotics and automation, the entire building process of automatic robotics vehicles and hands-on experience in building a robotics vehicle with various electronic components, software and C++ programming language. The workshop covers essential topics such as autonomous driving systems, intelligent lighting control systems, photodetectors, etc. By the end of the workshop, you can have a solid understanding of the key concepts and technologies used in intelligent vehicles and be able to apply them to your projects and interests.

Setting Up Your GILO Learning Goals with ePortfolio

In this workshop, you will learn from the experiences of two Student ePortfolio Award winners to build your ePortfolios with connection to the GILO rubrics. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to learn:

How to come up with theme(s) in ePortfolios
How to connect your reflections and experience with the 7 GILOs
How to attract people to read your reflections/stories in ePortfolios
How to come up with a good ePortfolio outline
Some personal tips and suggestions on building a good ePortfolio
