The “Learning and Teaching @EdUHK Festival 2021” (the Festival) will be held for three consecutive months from October to December 2021. The theme “Learning and Teaching for Future Readiness” is proposed in view of the strategic development of the University. This year, activities and programme will be organised including open class observations, video showcases, exhibition of poster boards and students sharing.
The Festival is organised by the Centre for Learning, Teaching and Technology (LTTC), Faculty of Education and Human Development (FEHD), Faculty of Humanities (FHM), Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (FLASS), Graduate School (GS), and School Partnership and Field Experience Office (SPFEO).
During the workshop, you will be immersed into situations where additional information and resources on academic integrity are embedded in various checkpoints via a mobile App and a virtual trail. You will also have the opportunity to reflect on academic integrity and ethics through discussion and idea exchange with your peers.
You will encounter students’ common doubts related to academic honesty in real-life contexts. The consequences of their decisions and actions will be played out. The workshop and learning trail will enhance your theoretical learning about academic integrity and practical application, which you will find helpful to your study at the University.
Participation in this seminar can be counted towards the Certificate Course “Introduction to Teaching in Higher Education” under the theme, “Seminars/Workshops in Learning and Teaching”
