Unlock the power of Generative AI (GenAI) to streamline university tasks! This practical workshop introduces GenAI fundamentals and demonstrates how it enhances working efficiency for our staff. We’ll clarify the crucial distinction between GenAI technology itself and chatbots, which are user-friendly interfaces for accessing GenAI capabilities. Participants will gain hands-on experience creating their own chatbot in LTTC’s MaaS platform for professional tasks. Additionally, we’ll explore automating presentation creation by demonstrating how to generate structured text content and full PowerPoint slides using the GenAI within the chatbot interface.
