This workshop caters to academic and teaching staff seeking innovative approaches to incorporate Generic Intended Learning Outcomes (GILOs) into their courses. In this workshop, Dr. Sam Cheung will share his experience in designing learning and teaching activities that leverage digital technologies, such as AI-enabled generative tools and the metaverse, to enhance students’ mastery of subject knowledge while aligning with the University’s Generic Intended Learning Outcomes (GILOs). Special emphasis will be placed on strategies for cultivating a dynamic, interactive learning environment that promotes students’ social interaction skills, an essential focus in the post-pandemic period.
