This seminar offers a three-year reflection on the speaker’s experience teaching two undergraduate courses where students were allowed to incorporate AI into their coursework. Throughout this period, the speaker has encountered a range of student AI applications, from undisclosed usage to inadequately executed AI-generated submissions. The session will present real cases and reflections on navigating these challenges, focusing on addressing quality issues, fostering transparency, and managing grading dilemmas. Moving beyond theoretical discussions, this seminar aims to broaden theoretical understanding and provide actionable insights for educators facing similar situations. The speaker seeks to foster a collective dialogue on the practical implications of integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in education.
